Renovation work is nearing completion, and by 2025, there are plans to develop a project aimed at restoring the historical monument to its original state.

In Dnipro, restoration work is actively ongoing at the building that was damaged as a result of a missile strike on April 19, reports a correspondent from "Vідомо".
The roofs have been repaired in the first three and last three entrances (8-10), and the heating system in the attic of entrances 8-10 has also been restored. Gas and centralized heating have already been connected in entrance 7-10.
In the apartments of these entrances, as well as in entrances 1-3, windows have been replaced where necessary. The work is ongoing, and the restoration is gradually nearing completion.
Meanwhile, project documentation is being prepared to return the building to its original appearance, as it is a historical monument.
