Under Kulikova's leadership, the NABU found no violations in the declaration of the millionaire head of the Khmelnytsky MSEC.

Following dramatic searches that uncovered piles of cash and luxury jewelry, the National Anti-Corruption Agency announced it will conduct a re-evaluation of the declaration submitted by the head of the Khmelnytsky Medical and Social Expert Commission, Tatiana Krupa, who was found to possess $6 million in cash.

Под руководством Куликовой, НАПК не выявило нарушений в декларации миллионерши, возглавляющей Хмельницкую МСЭК.

"The mentioned cash amount in the declarations is not specified. Such newly discovered circumstances are grounds for a re-examination," - stated in the official statement from the NACP. The anti-corruption agency also promised to publish the results of such an examination.

However, as reported by UA.News, earlier the NACP, specifically the Department for Conducting Comprehensive Checks led by Yulia Kulikova, had already "checked" Krupa's declaration and found no signs of corruption whatsoever.

According to publicly available information, Tatyana Krupa is a deputy of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Council. Under subparagraph B of paragraph 1 of Article 3 of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption," this category of officials is considered persons authorized to perform functions of the state or local self-government, and therefore fall under the scope of Article 368-5 of the Criminal Code and Chapter 12 of the Civil Procedure Code (unjustified assets).

According to the report on the comprehensive check of Krupa's declaration, it states that "There are no legal grounds to establish signs of illegal enrichment" and "There are no legal grounds to establish signs of unjustified assets."

This indicates that the Department led by Kulikova did not even check Krupa for signs of illegal enrichment or unjustified assets.

This raises the question of whether it was Kulikova's negligence, as she failed to recognize the publicly known fact during the comprehensive check that Krupa is a deputy of the regional council, or if it was done intentionally. In any case, this is a telling example of Kulikova's incompetence and her Department's failure, which is responsible for conducting thorough checks. Perhaps the new leadership of the NACP should reconsider...

As reported by UA.News, on October 4, law enforcement exposed the head of the regional center for medical and social expertise, Tatyana Krupa, and her son Alexander - an official of the regional pension fund administration, who profited from draft evaders. Almost six million US dollars in cash in various currencies were found with the mother and son.

Tatyana Vasylivna and Alexander issued certificates of disability for men attempting to evade military service. When they were approached with search warrants, the woman threw two bags containing half a million dollars out the window, but they could not hide them.

At the time of her arrest, Tatyana Krupa was also a deputy of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Council representing the "Servant of the People" political party. In 2015, she ran for the Khmelnytskyi Regional Council from the "Petro Poroshenko Bloc."

The Pechersk District Court of Kyiv selected a preventive measure for the head of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Medical and Social Expertise Center in the form of detention with the possibility of posting bail in the amount of 500 million UAH.
