In Ternopil, law enforcement officials uncovered the head of the district territorial recruitment and social support center (TCK and SP) for bribery.
He demanded money from the entrepreneur for a deferment from mobilization.

The man who paid the bribe is currently studying full-time at one of the educational institutions in Prykarpattia and has the legal right to obtain a deferment from mobilization. At the same time, he is involved in agribusiness.
However, the head of the TCC warned the man that he would only issue him a deferment certificate in exchange for a bribe. The military enlistment office demanded vouchers for a thousand liters of diesel fuel valued at $1.5.
On October 21, GBI employees detained the head of the Ternopil TCC in his office. The official had fuel vouchers confiscated, and $3,000 in cash and 73,000 UAH were found in his personal vehicle.
The military enlistment officer was informed of suspicion for receiving illegal benefits - part 3 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. He faces up to 10 years in prison.
The GBI will request the court to impose a preventive measure and suspend him from his position.
Earlier, the deputy head of the Bucha TCC and SP was
detained for extorting a bribe of 100,000 UAH from a legal entity. He was notified of suspicion, and a preventive measure in the form of round-the-clock house arrest was selected for the official.
In Ivano-Frankivsk region, law enforcement
exposed the deputy head of the regional TCC and two employees of the district TCC for bribery. For money, they assisted conscripts in obtaining an electronic code for identification in the "Oberih" system, to defer or avoid military service.
