Vertiia is equipped with eight electric rotors powered by hydrogen fuel cells. According to an announcement from AMSL Aero, Vertiia can reach speeds of up to 300 kilometers per hour, with a range of up to 1000 kilometers.

The vehicle is designed to carry a pilot and four passengers.

Vertiia is expected to make its first commercial flight following full approval from regulatory authorities, which AMSL Aero estimates will occur by 2027.
