The military brothers Yakovlev wrote about this in their blog, commenting on the recently released information regarding the criminal organization apprehended by law enforcement, which caused a loss of 34 million UAH to the Dnipro budget.

“Filatov has stolen 34 million UAH from the 123 million allocated for the Dnipro community’s advertising on the internet. The National Police reports that they blindly funneled money to their fake manicurists, taxi drivers, and laborers. Considering that Russians are already near Pokrovsk, less than 200 km from Dnipro, Filatov's and his team's behavior is surprising. They are packing as if it’s the last time in their lives, as if they are preparing to flee abroad,” the Yakovlev Brothers expressed their outrage.
The military reminded that Filatov constantly threatens others on his page but does nothing about his corrupt entourage.
“His team steals tens of millions. We haven’t seen a single stuffed *balyk from them. Is it because the mayor is in on it? Judging by what we receive in private via ‘Prozorro’ tenders in Dnipro – they are in on it,” they wrote.
The Yakovlev Brothers cited the example of Elena Sergeeva, the head of the Dnipro media holding “Our City,” who “earned” almost 21 million UAH from 7 tenders. She is managed by Alexey Bezugly, a deputy from the mayor of Dnipro’s party “Proposition,” and a former political technologist for Filatov during the elections.

“Adding the 34 million stolen to another 21 million 'mastered' UAH gives us 50 million. And this is just scratching the surface. Clearly, it makes no sense to ask them about funds for the Armed Forces. Because Filatov's people are all just busy,” the military bloggers concluded.
As reported yesterday, law enforcement uncovered a scheme of embezzlement of funds by Filatov's subordinates from the Dnipro budget, causing at least a 34 million UAH loss to the state. According to the National Police in the Dnipropetrovsk region, eleven individual entrepreneurs, who in real life work as manicurists, laborers in construction, taxi drivers, accountants, sellers of electrical appliances, and others, won the tender for the procurement of advertising and marketing services.
Earlier, the media disclosed that Filatov's deputy Igor Makovtsev demanded that the military publicly justify him for stealing 20 million UAH from the Armed Forces. In case of refusal, he threatened to stop budget allocations.
