Police in Dnipro have arrested a 59-year-old suspect for an attempted murder of an acquaintance (PHOTO).

A conflict that led to tragic consequences occurred in a residential building in the Dnipro district, where two acquaintances had a dispute. The incident took place on November 17, 2024. During this verbal altercation, a 59-year-old man, who was reportedly under the influence of alcohol, stabbed his 30-year-old opponent multiple times. This information was reported by "Vydomo," citing the police of the Dnipropetrovsk region.

The injuries were so severe that the victim had to be urgently hospitalized with serious wounds.

Local police conducted all necessary operational actions (interviewing witnesses, gathering evidence). As a result of these efforts, law enforcement was able to quickly identify the attacker and locate him.

The suspect was apprehended, and he turned out to be a local resident with no prior legal troubles.

The victim is currently in the hospital, receiving all necessary medical care. The police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident.
