Ukrainian law enforcement officials have launched an investigation into the murder of a peaceful resident of the village of Terny in the Lyman community of the Donetsk region by Russian invaders.
This incident occurred on November 10,
reported the Office of the Prosecutor General.
A woman was simply walking down the street when Russian soldiers opened fire on her. As a result of the gunfire, the Ukrainian woman died on the spot.
A pre-trial investigation is currently underway regarding violations of the laws and customs of war, in conjunction with intentional murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Investigators are working to uncover the circumstances of the murder and are attempting to identify the deceased.

wrote that today, November 13, during an evacuation mission for the wounded, volunteer Maria-Khristina Dvoynik was killed.
Additionally, we reported that earlier in November, during a battle with Russian occupiers,
British citizen Callum Tindall-Draper, a member of the International Legion, was killed.
