Previously, the office of Channel 112 was located here, but now, under the banner of the investment company Z-Solutions, fraudsters have taken over, deceiving citizens of Ukraine and Europe for years. According to activists, the call center may be linked to MP Nikolai Tishchenko. A year ago, he dramatically shut down these offices, but their operations not only resumed but expanded thereafter.

This may indicate that the controversial parliamentarian, instead of genuinely fighting against fraudsters, has effectively taken control of a fraudulent network. Who is behind this?

According to the media outlet "Informant," for many years, fraudsters have been swindling money from citizens of Europe, particularly Poles and Ukrainians living in EU countries. The fraudsters' offices are located in central Kyiv in several major business centers, including:

• "Grand Step," at 24 Polievaya St., on the 5th, 6th, and 7th floors,

• "Sapphire," located at 8B Knyaziv Ostroz'kykh St., on the 9th floor.

The main organizer of the fraudulent scheme is identified by journalists as Alexey Shestopalov, a native of Konotop, who now resides in Brovary. He started as a manager in similar structures and now oversees an entire network of fraudulent offices.

How does the scheme work? Investigators found that the so-called "managers" psychologically pressure victims into investing money in cryptocurrency, stocks, or precious metals. Once the money is in the hands of the fraudsters, contact with clients is cut off. Representatives of the NGO "People Against Corruption" managed to identify some employees of the fraudulent call center network.

In total, the office employs hundreds of semi-workers, divided by language projects. All of them profit from trusting citizens, stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars from them. It is reported that with the money defrauded from Ukrainians and Europeans, Shestopalov, according to "Informant," indulged himself with a luxurious Mercedes-Benz S450.

Activists are urging law enforcement to pay attention to Z-Solutions' activities and hold those involved accountable.
