The Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Rustem Umerov, has appointed former Minister of Infrastructure Oleksandr Kubrakov as his advisor on a volunteer basis.

SubscribeAccording to Umerov's statement on Facebook, Kubrakov's experience in high-level positions, including as Deputy Prime Minister and head of "Ukravtodor," will greatly assist in improving the supply and logistics systems within the Ukrainian army.
The Minister is confident that this experience will enhance defense effectiveness and strengthen the country's defense capabilities.
However, not everyone welcomed this appointment with enthusiasm. People's Deputy Oleksiy Honcharenko ironically wrote in his Telegram that while Kubrakov may have significant experience, it is certainly not related to the country's defense:
