The discussion revolves around the father and brother of his common-law wife, Natalia Milgrom, who conduct business in the temporarily occupied territory and are involved in the political activities of structures controlled by the Russian Federation.
According to available information, Eduard Milgrom, the biological brother of Gaichenko's common-law wife, serves as a deputy in the Kerch City Council from the "Patriots of Russia" party – a political force that actively supports the occupying regime and the Kremlin's policies, for which he was included in the "Peacemaker" database back in 2016.
Additionally, the Milgrom family obtained Russian passports as early as March 2014, immediately following the annexation of Crimea by the Russian Federation.
However, this did not prevent Gaichenko's wife Natalia from taking a position at a state enterprise in Ukraine – "National Information Systems," which is a structural unit of the Ministry of Justice and the holder of national database registries that experienced significant disruptions last December.
Natalia Milgrom's father, Yuri Milgrom, continues to operate a business in Crimea and pays taxes to the budget of the Russian Federation.
