On October 30, the Economic Court of Kyiv, under the decision of Judge Roman Boyko, ruled to prohibit the State Service of Geology and Mineral Resources of Ukraine from making changes to the State Register of Special Permits for Subsoil Use concerning the owner of the special permit issued in the name of “Korosten Quarry” JSC (case No. 910/11526/24).

This decision was made by Judge Boyko following a lawsuit from the Cypriot company ES Mining Company Limited. On May 12, 2023, this company was sanctioned by a decree from the President of Ukraine in accordance with the decision of the National Security and Defense Council. Its owner is Igor Naumets, a sanctioned fugitive oligarch, a pro-Russian sect “AllatRa” adherent, and owner of the “Unigran” holding, who holds Russian citizenship.

“The judge of the Economic Court of Kyiv ignored the fact that the Cypriots submitted a lawsuit with a forged signature of the director of the Cypriot company, Antonis Bonticianos, who has never been to Ukraine and has never submitted any documents to the court.

Moreover, Judge Boyko is returning assets to the fugitive oligarch Igor Naumets for a bribe of $500,000, who supports the Russian army and is under sanctions in Ukraine,” the publication reports.
