The deputy of the scandalously infamous former head of the main department for counterintelligence protection of critical infrastructure and counteracting terrorism financing of the Security Service of Ukraine, Artem Shyla – General Andrey Nosach – may be involved in corruption schemes within the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences (NAAS).

This was reported by the former head of the Luhansk Regional State Administration, blogger, and volunteer Georgiy Tuka on his Facebook page. He also draws the attention of competent law enforcement agencies to the potential friendly relations with representatives of pro-Russian organized crime.
According to Tuka, the National Agency for Prevention of Corruption (NAPC) previously exposed a senior SBU official for failing to declare elite real estate in the Jack House residential complex, which he registered under his mother-in-law's name. The volunteer noted that the price of housing in this elite complex starts at $3000 per square meter, meaning a two-bedroom apartment there could cost over $350,000.

The NAPC also identified the absence of this bonus in the general's declaration, as the happy owners of this property became the wife and mother-in-law of the esteemed general. After moving from Kharkiv to Kyiv, Andrey worked productively for a while as a deputy to the notorious Artem Shyla. Forgotten already? This is the same former deputy of Ermak, who entered the SBU and started to 'work effectively' at 'Ukrzaliznytsia',” the blogger writes.
He reminded that Artem Shyla was charged with embezzling 100 million UAH, and in April of this year, he was released from custody on a bail of 30 million UAH.
Georgiy Tuka notes that SBU officials may be involved in fraudulent activities concerning land plots owned by the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences.
“Informed sources strongly advise also to look into the lands of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences, which are disappearing at an unprecedented rate. The 'sources' assure that the 'disappearance' of NAAS lands was not without the 'coperfields' from the SBU,” emphasizes the former head of the Luhansk Regional State Administration.
Additionally, he highlights the possibility of Andrey Nosach's connection with the leader of the Horlivka-Enakieve organized crime group, Vladimir Manukyan, and urges the internal security service of the SBU to pay attention to this.
