For the first time, the Moon has been added to the list of objects at risk of extinction.

The president of the foundation, Benedict de Monlor, stated that there are over 90 historical sites located on Earth's natural satellite, including traces of astronauts from the Apollo missions, which could be harmed by future human and automated missions to the Moon.
