China has announced a breakthrough in the development of advanced microwave weaponry.
The Defense Post, citing Chinese media, reported that a new microwave weapon called "Hurricane-3000" (HPM3000) can generate electromagnetic pulses with a voltage of up to 80,000 volts. This capability enables it to disable the electronic systems of enemy weaponry, including various types of drones.

The "Uragan-3000" system, developed by North Industries Group, during testing produced over 5000 full-power pulses and withstood the load. It is capable of detecting targets at a distance of up to six kilometers.
The "Uragan-3000" operates similarly to a microwave oven, emitting powerful microwave beams to deliver electromagnetic strikes on targets, instantly incinerating their electronic components and control units.
