The city, which will ultimately accommodate 2000 people, features a checkerboard layout of wooden buildings surrounding a central square and bordered by roads.

The homes, primarily built from wood, are equipped with solar panels on the roofs, and the apartments are designed to provide residents with access to green terraces.

Residents will test vehicles and products from companies such as Toyota and its brand Woven by Toyota (WbyT). The roads will be divided into three sections, one of which— the main street—will be designated for autonomous vehicles.

A secondary section will be allocated for bicycles, scooters, and other forms of personal transport, while the third will be a park intended for pedestrians.
