The enterprise is being blamed for the failure to supply the army with ammunition. According to Tamarlan Vagabov, a former advisor to the head of the Defense Procurement Agency (DPA), by the end of 2024, the enterprise had not fulfilled contracts for ammunition supply worth 25 billion hryvnias. This concerns critically important shells of calibers 155 and 152 mm and mortar rounds.

He also stated that law enforcement agencies should investigate the situation. According to him, the leaders of such structures must be held accountable for their actions. "The main problem is the sense of impunity that prevails in such important institutions," Vagabov emphasized.
It was previously reported that Vagabov explained how DPA head Marina Bezrukova compromised the Armed Forces at the front.
