In November 2024, the average salary in central government agencies of Ukraine saw a significant increase, reaching 62,000 hryvnias. This is 61% higher than at the beginning of the year, when it stood at 38,600 hryvnias.

SubscribeThese figures were reported by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, which noted that salaries are received by 21,700 officials.
The highest salaries, as expected, are in the Antimonopoly Committee, where the average salary is 118,700 hryvnias. The leadership of this body earns an average of 215,000 hryvnias per month, and there are a total of 268 employees in the committee.
In second place is the Ministry of Justice, with a salary of 100,500 hryvnias for 997 employees.
The Central Election Commission, despite not conducting elections during the war, pays its employees an average of 97,200 hryvnias. The management of the CEC, consisting of 18 members, receives the highest salaries among government bodies – 310,300 hryvnias.
The salary in the Cabinet of Ministers Secretariat is 65,500 hryvnias, while the leadership of this structure earns 132,900 hryvnias.
It is worth noting that these salaries are 3.4 times higher than the average salary in the country, which was 18,000 hryvnias in September 2024.
