According to intelligence agencies, Russian offices were part of an international network that deceived around 100,000 people from more than 50 countries, with call centers generating approximately $1 million in daily revenue.

The agency claims that the network operated on behalf of the former Minister of Defense of Georgia, David Kezerashvili, who is currently hiding in London, and the founder of the "Milton Group." Additionally, these call centers are structurally integrated into an international network controlled by the leader of the organized crime group "Khimprom," Yegor Burkin, who is wanted by law enforcement.

In November of this year, David Kezerashvili was once again placed on international wanted lists. He faces charges of large-scale fraud, and an in absentia arrest has been issued.

A total of 11 individuals have been detained, including one of the leaders of the Russian call center network - Y.D. Keselman, a citizen of Israel and Ukraine. The second leader, D. Todva, a citizen of Israel and Georgia, has been declared wanted.
