SubscribePavel was spotted in the commission of the Lviv Regional Council on law enforcement and anti-corruption activities:
"General Tkachuk has embezzled hundreds of millions with his gang and has absolute control over anti-corruption actions against himself and his assets. Besides illegally holding his position beyond the legally specified term (which the Ministry of Defense recognized but did nothing about), he is a deputy and a member of anti-corruption meetings. In essence, this person has acquired feudal and unlimited power," said "Yunker".
What is known about Pavel Tkachuk?
Pavel Tkachuk – is the rector of the National Academy of Land Forces named after Peter Sahaidachny and at the same time a lieutenant general. He has repeatedly been involved in scandals regarding corruption, yet his actions seem to go unnoticed by the SBU, DBR, and other law enforcement agencies.

The general's legal troubles began when a case was opened against him for illegal enrichment. Although he was a witness at that time, SAP detectives simply let him go, and the case was closed.
To avoid drawing attention, Tkachuk decided to distribute his wealth among relatives. For instance, his niece Anna Senatorova quickly purchased several plots of land and even a mansion in Solonki.
The general manages to travel abroad during the war. In June 2023, he went to Poland in a Volkswagen Transporter and returned in August to pick up his family.
It is known that Tkachuk's son-in-law, Ruslan Sapiga, founded the company "Energy West," which began receiving generous contracts for heating the academy's premises, earning nearly 50 million hryvnias from this. Over a few years, his company became the winner of 18 procurements totaling 182 million hryvnias, all without significant competition.
In March 2016, the military prosecutor's office opened a criminal case against this company. Court documents mention that military officials and some employees of the National Academy of Land Forces devised a scheme to embezzle budget funds and plunder state property.
General Tkachuk has been in charge of the Academy for 14 years, and it is hard to even imagine how much money he and his team have "earned" while having complete control. Recently, however, deputies have started to suspect that Tkachuk may not only be a corrupt official but may also have committed AWOL (absence without leave). However, as it appears, few are interested in his persona and line of work.
