The head of Roscosmos has delved into Elon Musk's biography.
Eric Berger, a columnist for Ars Technica, noted a significant interview recently conducted by Yuri Borisov, the head of the state corporation Roscosmos, with RBC. Berger was struck by Borisov's measured demeanor compared to his predecessor, Dmitry Rogozin, who had earned a reputation for making surprising statements that often confused Americans.
