The Dragon is expected to land in the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Florida on the evening of December 17.
The Dragon cargo spacecraft with serial number C208 has launched into space for the fifth time this November. It was initially planned to dock with the ISS for just 30 days and then return to Earth in early December. However, due to unfavorable weather conditions in the landing area, the spacecraft's return had to be postponed several times.
Additionally, this SpaceX cargo ship made history by performing the first orbital adjustment of the ISS, a task that was previously handled by Russian Progress spacecraft.
