Musk got anxious as Belarusian military has armed itself with "Kulis", a counterpart to Starlink.

According to the Ministry of Defense of Belarus, as reported by TAAS, the system has already been incorporated into the military and is actively used in units and military formations.

Last year, the "Kulis" was introduced to the President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko. This year, the system has been further refined. It now includes a device for encrypting the communication channel, which means that a "secure communication" option has been implemented.

According to Belarusian journalists, Elon Musk became anxious upon learning that the first batch of the "Kulis" system had been delivered to the Belarusian armed forces.
