Less than two years later, on January 23, 2025, a drone successfully conducted its first demonstration flight in Haikou, southern China, astonishing spectators with its unique ability to autonomously detach from and reconnect to a vehicle.
The three-axis minivan, Land Aircraft Carrier, despite its impressive size, is designed to carry only four individuals, as a significant portion of the interior space is occupied by a compartment for a passenger drone, which is a two-seat electric aircraft capable of vertical takeoff and landing.
Currently, construction is underway in Guangzhou for a factory dedicated to producing the Land Aircraft Carrier. By August, the company plans to launch a pilot production line, with initial deliveries expected to commence by the end of 2025.
It is anticipated that the factory will produce around 10,000 modular minivans annually.
