The size of an SUV: NASA unveils the concept of a new Mars helicopter.
Engineers at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) have unveiled the concept for a new Martian helicopter, the Mars Chopper. This advanced version of Ingenuity will be capable of carrying a payload of up to five kilograms over a distance of three kilometers each Martian day.

According to NASA, the Mars Chopper will be the size of an SUV, equipped with six lifting rotors, each featuring six propellers. This new helicopter will be capable of quickly reaching areas of the Red Planet that the rover cannot access.
Currently, the Mars Chopper project is in its early stages of development.
