In the draft version of the FAA's "Environmental Impact Statement," it was indicated that SpaceX will be granted permission to increase the number of Starship launches from the "Starbase" in South Texas to up to 25 times a year. Additionally, the company is likely to be allowed to continue expanding the size and power of the Super Heavy rocket and the Starship.
Furthermore, SpaceX founder Elon Musk stated that the company plans to transition to a larger and more powerful version of Starship and Super Heavy in about a year. This version, named Starship 3, will double the thrust of the upper stage and increase the booster thrust from approximately 74 to 100 meganeutons. To put it in perspective, the thrust of Starship at launch will be three times more powerful than that of the Saturn V rocket, which took humans to the Moon in the 20th century.
