Ukraine has terminated the agreement with Iran regarding air travel.
The Cabinet has made the corresponding decision.
This was reported by the Cabinet representative in the Verkhovna Rada, Taras Melnychuk, on
Telegram.
“The agreement on air communication between the government of Ukraine and the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran has been terminated,” Melnychuk wrote.
He specified that this agreement was signed by the countries on July 9, 1993, in Tehran.
Earlier, it was reported that the future U.S. president, Donald Trump,
plans to significantly tighten sanctions against Iran and restrict the sale of local oil to halt violent actions in the Middle East.
