Xpeng Aeroht, a subsidiary of the Chinese company Xpeng focused on developing flying vehicles, has announced the commencement of construction for a new facility. The company aims to establish mass production of modular flying cars by 2026.

The manufacturing site in the city of Guangzhou, Guangdong province will be utilized for the production of the flying component of the modular vehicle Land Aircraft Carrier, with an expected annual capacity of 10,000 units.
In addition to the Land Aircraft Carrier, Xpeng Aeroht is also continuing the development of the two-seater flying car Xpeng X2. It will be capable of transporting two individuals weighing up to 80 kilograms each.
