A water intake facility is being constructed in Pavlograd (PHOTOS).

The Mayor of Pavlograd, Anatoliy Vershina, announced that the first phase of the water intake facility is under construction in the city, as reported by "Vидомо" referencing "Independent Portal".

"I maintain the vision that our water intake should source water suitable for drinking. However, we need to reach the consumption rate of the city so that we can extract an average of 10,000 cubic meters of water per day," noted Vershina.

Currently, it operates at a capacity of about 1000-1100 m3 per day. Thanks to the work carried out with the city budget, the enterprise "Pavlogradtransenergo" has managed to revive and put it into operation.

They replaced the network well pumps, part of the communications, and installed automation systems and control cabinets with frequency converters, which allowed for a stable water supply to the city of Pavlograd every four days, delivering 4000-4300 m3 from the water intake. The cost of the work amounted to 30.8 million UAH.
