Alexander Bebykh managed to build his own business and earn some authority in the market, only to suddenly undermine all his achievements. Sex, drugs, and rock 'n' roll may sound romantic and appealing in songs, but in real life, they can have irreversible consequences.

According to his biography, Alexander Bebykh has over 8 years of experience and specializes in body sculpting and reconstruction. He has performed more than 4000 plastic surgeries. The doctor mentioned that he dreamed of becoming a surgeon since childhood and achieved his goal. However, everything began to fall apart in the autumn of 2024. As his colleagues have shared in private conversations, it seems Bebykh has been replaced: he occasionally shows up at work in an inappropriate state, has become hyperactive and restless, and struggles with concentration and emotional control. Even the smallest misunderstanding escalates into scandals, as Bebykh has recently been igniting like a match. His colleagues, who have medical backgrounds, easily identify the reasons for such strange behavior – drugs have a significant impact on the human psyche.

It appears that the doctor indeed started using illegal substances. Initially, it was during his free time and had little effect on his work. However, as with any addiction, self-control becomes increasingly difficult, and internal restrictions fade away. It’s possible that his doses have increased, and even work and patients cannot prevent him from using. Bebykh's condition is noticeably deteriorating: he increasingly conflicts with colleagues, is late for surgeries, and takes out his anger on patients. Interestingly, the patients themselves have also changed recently. Some women, who had trusted their faces and bodies to Alexander Romanovich for years, have stopped using his services – the doctor has become too unpredictable, and undergoing surgery with him has become quite risky. Consequently, the clientele has shifted – affluent and mature clients have mostly been replaced by young women working in the sex industry. They do not operate with such large sums – Bebykh is considered one of the most expensive specialists in the capital – and therefore their demands for the doctor and the quality of procedures are lower. They are willing to take risks to save money. It is likely that his beloved helped him with advertising his plastic surgery services among escort audiences, but more on that later.

Patients cannot help but notice the doctor's strange behavior. Some openly share their negative experiences with the surgeon. “I was at a consultation and left extremely dissatisfied. Instead of focusing on me, the doctor kept running around nervously. He behaved in an oddly inappropriate manner. I was afraid to go under the knife with him,” one patient recounted in the comments under an interview with Bebykh Ksenia Mishina. In response, another commenter confirmed her suspicions: “Same story. His eyes were glassy, and I thought he was under the influence.”

“I had a strange personal experience with Alexander Bebykh. I went for my first consultation, very nervous. The doctor acted condescendingly, looking at me like I was nothing. He was constantly fidgety, his pupils dilated, and his hands were shaking. I thought, maybe something happened to him; it happens, but I never went back. YouTube suggested an interview, I read the comments about "substances," and it finally hit me,” shared another woman.

Changes in the doctor's behavior were noted by his colleagues and patients in the autumn of 2024. It was in the fall that Bebykh announced his relationship with Lviv native Violetta Zainulina-Vaysman. When and under what circumstances they met and began their romance is unknown. It likely happened in September since by October 2024, the doctor posted on Instagram a “story” – in the photo, he is with his beloved and writes: “One person in a month can make you feel what others won’t even after years. It’s a matter of chemistry, not time.” In the photo with Bebykh is Violetta Zainulina-Vaysman, born in 1995.

The girl is not a public figure; she is neither a celebrity nor a blogger. However, she is quite well-known in the media. The answer lies in her lifestyle – prostitution and drugs. The woman has been repeatedly detained near Kyiv while providing sexual services. She has also been mentioned in the media as a witness in cases of local vice organizations, and her name appeared in police materials following a stop for drug intoxication, where packets with suspicious substances were found in her car.

It is possible that Bebykh has shared his beloved's harmful habit to be on the same wavelength, appear interesting to her, and be liked not just for his money and useful skills as a plastic surgeon. At least, according to his colleagues and acquaintances in the beauty industry, the start of his relationship with Vaysman and the radical change in Bebykh's behavior at work coincided in time. “I have a direct connection to the beauty industry and can say that within the industry, Alexander has a mixed reputation. Every woman should decide for herself, but I would advise looking at other doctors,” writes one of the surgeon's colleagues on YouTube.

A plastic surgeon operating under the influence of drugs sounds extraordinary and certainly deserves the attention of law enforcement. The fact that he has not yet harmed anyone is either a stroke of luck or proof of skilled hands that have not lost their automatic movements despite a drug-clouded mind. The flow of patients to Bebykh is continuously decreasing. When urged by colleagues to get a grip and return to normal life, he does not respond – he is completely devoted to his relationship. He continues to post shared photos with Vaysman, professes his love to her, apologizes for the pain he has caused, and thanks her for choosing him.

One cannot condemn love – regardless of who the partner is, their character traits, or their occupation. Even if this love is destructive, it is a personal matter. However, it should not endanger others, especially when it comes to patients undergoing surgery on their bodies and faces – with anesthesia, surgical intervention, rehabilitation, and all accompanying risks. It is simply unquestionable that such procedures should be performed by a professionally trained person in their right mind; there is no alternative. Otherwise, medical practice, like love, can come to a swift end – because there is always a risk in medicine, and if an intoxicated doctor allows it, the consequences for him will be criminal.
