Law enforcement officials have completed the pre-trial investigation and submitted the case of businessman Igor Grinkevich and his accomplices to the court. They supplied substandard military clothing for the Armed Forces of Ukraine worth over one billion hryvnias.

The DBR does not disclose the name of the individual involved, but according to media reports, it concerns businessman Igor Grinkevich.
Investigators found that the entrepreneur from Lviv involved his son and other individuals in the deal. Their affiliated companies signed contracts with the Ministry of Defense in 2023 for the supply of military clothing amounting to over 1.8 billion hryvnias. Throughout 2023, the Ministry of Defense received clothing worth nearly 1.2 billion hryvnias under these contracts.
Earlier, we reported that Lviv businessman Igor Grinkevich, who is implicated in the case concerning the supply of low-quality clothing and underwear for the Armed Forces, had his preventive measure extended—detention.
