Lawmakers approved a bill to strip traitors of state awards.

This is reported by the people's deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak.

According to his information, 283 lawmakers supported the important decision.

In particular, state awards will be revoked from those who promote or advocate for the aggressor state, justify the war initiated by Russia against Ukraine, the Russian occupation of Ukrainian territories, and similar actions.

Let us remind you that on August 20 of this year, the Verkhovna Rada voted in the first reading for a bill to revoke state awards for the promotion or propaganda of aggressive Putin's Russia.
