Russian terrorist forces struck residential buildings in Odesa on the morning of November 18.

This was reported by the head of the Odesa Regional State Administration, Oleg Kiper, the head of the President's Office, Andriy Yermak, and the ombudsman, Dmytro Lubinets.
“Russian terrorists carried out a missile attack on Odesa. There are casualties and injuries. Civil infrastructure has been damaged, including residential buildings,” Kiper wrote immediately after the strike.
Later, he announced that, preliminarily, as a result of the Russian attack, there are 8 deceased and 18 injured. Among the victims is one child. Four individuals are in serious condition.
MP Oleksiy Honcharenko reported on the eight fatalities in Odesa. According to him, two residential buildings were affected, and many were injured. Another unexploded missile hit a school building directly.
“In Odesa, the Russians killed people with a targeted strike on civilian infrastructure. Russian murderers do not even hide their intentions,” wrote the head of the President's Office, Andriy Yermak.
Later, a video from the strike site emerged. According to local activist Dmytro Hanul, his car was burned as a result of the impact.
