It is important to note that such activities are extremely dangerous, as this winter's temperature has been abnormally warm, often breaking long-standing records.

Moreover, in various cities across Ukraine and Dnipropetrovsk region, emergency services have repeatedly rescued not only adults but also children from under the ice this winter.
