A kiosk unexpectedly appeared overnight in a residential area of Dnipro (PHOTO).

In Dnipro, near one of the houses on Heroes Avenue in the city's Sobornyi district, a kiosk unexpectedly appeared, selling low-alcohol beverages and snacks. Not all local residents welcomed the arrival of this new retail outlet. This was reported by "Vidomo," referencing a post in the Facebook community "Our Victory".

"At night, a piece of scrap metal called 'Beer Snacks' appeared near the house on Heroes Avenue 4."

It is practically on a children's playground and near a child development school. On the other side of this playground, there is already a "shot bar" disguised under the name of regular drinks. Every day, local alcohol enthusiasts relax close to children.

"The question is, who gave permission for this abomination to be near children?" – expressed local resident Elena.

It remains unclear whether there was any permit for the kiosk's installation. In the comments, residents note that there is a lack of transparency in the city regarding the issuance of permits for small architectural forms.
