The police of Dnipropetrovsk region reported the arrest of another participant in the fatal car accident in Dnipro, which resulted in the death of a 10-year-old child, as stated by "Vydomo".
"Investigators have notified a minor passenger of the BMW vehicle of suspicion. His actions are classified under part 3 of Article 136 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - failure to provide assistance to a person in a life-threatening condition," the statement said.
