The police of Dnipropetrovsk region reported that as a result of a traffic accident in Dnipro on Naberezhna Zavodska, a 10-year-old passenger of a Ford vehicle died, and the driver of the Ford along with three other passengers, including two young children, sustained injuries, as reported by "Vidomo".

It has been established that the accident occurred on December 1 at 19:45. The driver of the BMW, near the bus stop "Children's Complex," collided with the Ford vehicle, which was making a U-turn.

The driver of the BMW was detained by law enforcement officials under Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine.

In connection with this incident, investigators have initiated a criminal case under Part 2 of Article 286 (violation of traffic safety rules or operation of vehicles by individuals managing vehicles) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Pre-trial investigations have commenced.
