On Sunday, December 22, in the evening, residents of the city witnessed a scene where a man completely undressed in front of passersby near the "Most-City" shopping center, as reported by "Dsljvj" referencing the Telegram channel of X.Dnipro.

According to eyewitnesses, the man was in an inadequate state and suddenly began to remove his clothing, after which he sat down on the cold asphalt.

It is worth noting that during the weekend, "Most-City" was quite crowded, including families with children. Some were simply strolling, while others came for gifts, and such a scene was unlikely to bring them any joy. Eventually, the police arrived at the scene.
